How Much Do Facebook Ads Cost in Tbilisi, and What Budget Should You Start With?
You set the cost of Facebook ads yourself: you choose a daily budget, and Meta never spends more than 7 times it in a week. What matters is what one customer costs you.

"How much do Facebook ads cost?"
Almost every business owner asks this, and the answer surprises most of them: Facebook has no price list. Ads work like a tap. However much you open it, that's how much water flows, and you can shut it off any time.
But the tap is only half the story. If your bucket has a hole in the bottom, it doesn't matter how far you open it. You'll still end up with an empty bucket.
In the next 3 minutes I'll show you what Facebook ads cost in Tbilisi, what budget to start with, and how to stop pouring money into a leaky bucket.
How much do Facebook ads cost?
Facebook ads cost exactly as much as you decide to spend. Meta has no fixed price: in Ads Manager you choose a daily or a lifetime budget, and you can pause your ads at any time.
The difference is simple. A daily budget tells Meta roughly how much to spend each day. A lifetime budget sets one amount for the whole period, say a one-month promotion, and Meta spreads it across the days itself.
The daily budget comes with Meta's own rule. On some days Meta may spend up to 75% more than your budget, on other days less, but in one week (Sunday to Saturday) it never goes over 7 times your daily budget. You'll find this rule on Meta's official page about daily budgets.
Say you set 30 GEL a day. One day up to 52.50 GEL may flow out of the tap, the next day 20 GEL, but by the end of the week you won't be charged more than 210 GEL.
How much should I spend on Facebook ads per day or per month?
There's no single right number. Your budget depends on two things: how much profit one customer leaves you, and how much you can spend for a full month without losing sleep over it.
Start with an amount you can keep up for the whole month, not one you'll panic and switch off on day three. Your monthly cost is easy to work out: multiply your daily budget by roughly 30.
Then work backwards. If one customer leaves you, say, 200 GEL in profit, your ads pay off even when a new customer costs you 50 GEL. Open the tap gradually: first see where the water goes, then turn it up.
You might ask why not start with a tiny amount, say 3 GEL a day. Because so few people will see that ad that by the end of the month you still won't know whether it works. With water coming out drop by drop, you won't even notice the holes in the bucket.
Why do some businesses pay far more per enquiry than others?
Because the cost per enquiry isn't decided by your budget. It's decided by how many people act after they see your ad. Two businesses can spend exactly the same amount, and one gets ten enquiries while the other gets one.
The money usually leaks out of four holes. One: the ad doesn't stop people in the first 3 seconds, so they just keep scrolling. Two: the offer is vague, and people can't tell what they'd get. Three: the wrong people are seeing the ad.
And four, the most painful one: slow replies. (A message that arrives on Saturday evening and gets answered on Monday is a customer who already went to your competitor.)
The good news is that plugging all four holes is in your hands: a clearer first frame, one easy-to-understand offer with a price, the right audience, and a reply within minutes, not the next day.
A bigger budget won't fill a leaky bucket. The water just drains out faster.
Do I pay Facebook or the agency?
There are two separate costs here. The first is the ad budget: Meta spends this money showing your ads and charges it to the card linked to your ad account. The second is the fee for the work, paid to whoever sets up the ads, tests them and checks them every week.
In tap terms: the price of the water is one thing, the plumber's wage is another. So when you talk to an agency, ask at the very first meeting: is the ad budget included in the price, or do I pay it separately? Know this upfront so you never mix up the two numbers.
How soon will I know if my Facebook ads work?
At Concept Nile, the first changes are often visible within a few weeks, while stable results take about 3 months on average. The exact timeline depends on how much competition there is in your field.
In the first weeks, don't count likes. Count how many people messaged or called you. What counts is the water that stays in the bucket, not what splashed over the side. And don't judge by one or two days of results: a bucket takes time to fill.
What does it cost if an agency runs my Facebook ads?
At Concept Nile, Facebook and Instagram ad management starts at 1,350 GEL a month. That's the minimal package: full ad-account management, AI market analysis, strategy and weekly results monitoring, without photo or video shoots.
If you need content too, the 3,600 GEL package adds photo and video shoots, design and weekly posts. The 6,390 GEL package also covers full SMM, Google SEO and Ads, and work on your website. See what each package includes here: SMM and Meta Ads packages and prices.
There's no locked-in contract: if you want to stop, you can do it any time. In other words, someone watches the tap and checks the bucket for holes every week, while you get on with running your business.
Conclusion
Facebook ads cost as much as you let flow from the tap. But the real question is a different one: what does one customer cost you?
Start with a budget you can keep up for the whole month. Plug the holes first: a clear ad, an easy-to-understand offer, the right people and fast replies. Only then open the tap wider.
Your budget is the tap. The bucket decides the results.
